Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Project Leader will manage system evaluations, enhance internal processes, and collaborate with Claim Operations Management to develop and test applications.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Claim Operations Management to assess current operations and identify program needs
- Conduct cost and benefits analysis for proposed systems and provide guidance for optimization
- Assist in planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems while ensuring documentation of changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Program Analyst or in a similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in application development and/or workflow automation
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, JSON, APIs, Power Automate, SharePoint, and VB Scripting
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing large datasets
