Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand current operations and procedures in Claim Operations
Analyze data to identify program needs and propose system improvements
Assist with planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience as a Program Analyst or similar role
2+ years of experience with application development and/or workflow automation
Experience with JavaScript, Relational Databases, SQL, JSON, APIs, Power Automate, SharePoint, and VB Scripting
Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze complex data
