Project Leader Biostatistician

Job Summary

Leading government-sponsored clinical research projects, the full-time remote Project Leader Biostatistician will manage project execution, oversee deliverable quality, and maintain client relationships while mentoring staff and collaborating across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the technical, scientific, and fiscal execution of research projects through collaboration with various departments
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing needs and proposing solutions for statistical issues
• Develops and approves project plans, budgets, and study documents while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality processes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or PhD with 3+ years in a project management role within a research environment
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex clinical trials or research projects on time and within budget
• Strong working knowledge of clinical trial management principles and operations
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound business and ethical judgment
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
