Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Leader (Vaccines & Infectious Diseases).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to budget and client expectations
• Engage with clients to assess needs and identify new business opportunities
• Supervise and mentor project leaders and staff, ensuring proper training and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 8+ years of experience in pharma/CRO; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 3+ years
• At least 3 years of management experience in a research environment
• Experience managing late-stage clinical trials preferred
• Proven track record of delivering complex clinical trials on time and within budget
• Experience in therapeutic research areas such as substance use and mental health is preferred
