Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time hybrid Project Line Manager I will drive operational excellence and business outcomes for the CMS Mailroom & Application department while managing both remote and onsite tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and develop data-driven recommendations
• Gather and manage business, operational, and technical requirements for system enhancements
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure program objectives and service levels are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in leading projects or operational programs
• Demonstrated ability to identify business problems and drive solutions through implementation
• Experience with operational data analysis and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
