Project Management Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, the full-time remote Project Management Advisor will manage the implementation of project renewal across operating companies, facilitate various work streams, and develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations for technology and data strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive strategic advisory services, framing key decisions and developing analyses for high-priority projects
• Conduct in-depth analyses of emerging technology trends and their potential business impacts
• Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain long-term technology roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications, or a related field
• Five years of professional work experience, with at least two years in facilitating large programs or multi-function projects
• Familiarity with the transportation/logistics industry and experience in multi-functional project leadership
• Strong foundational knowledge of modern technology stacks, databases, and business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated understanding of how technology and data trends impact business models
