Project Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality standards in Halo PSA and perform routine audits
• Produce KPI dashboards and executive-ready reporting packs
• Coordinate PMO meetings, capturing notes, decisions, and action items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on action items
• Organized, methodical, and dependable work ethic
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure or EUC concepts is a plus
