Project Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Analyst to oversee interface implementations and ensure exceptional customer service during software deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of interface implementations from inception to closure while maintaining project timelines
• Coordinate issue resolution and serve as a liaison between departments during system-wide implementations
• Facilitate client/vendor meetings to identify and resolve issues related to the interface implementation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years in software implementation and/or support service experience
• 3+ years of HL7 interface implementation experience
• Knowledge of healthcare-based applications
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a problem-solving environment
