Project Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controls Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot time entry processes and ensure accurate data transfer to ERP systems
• Perform audits and reconciliations of timesheet and payroll data, generating reports as needed
• Assist with project cost tracking, resource assignments, and contribute to Earned Value Management analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls, accounting, or project-related operations
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems, ERP platforms, and accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
