Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Project Management Analyst will manage project governance, planning, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications to enhance mortgage origination and servicing processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitating project governance processes and coordinating project meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Creating executive-level project dashboards and status reports while analyzing project data for trends and risks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support change management efforts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or risk management
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, preferably in the mortgage industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset in identifying and solving problems
