Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Assistant to provide administrative support for the integration team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with evaluation and tracking of enterprise documents and contracts
  • Manage records, databases, and files while composing and distributing various correspondence
  • Function as a liaison between in-house counsel, outside counsel, and internal/external customers
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of administrative and technical support experience, preferably in project-driven environments
  • Experience with advanced features in Smartsheet and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and interact professionally with various stakeholders
