Project Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Associate to oversee large-scale home improvement projects and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate projects by consulting with homeowners and responding to inbound leads
• Manage a high volume of home improvement projects, including scheduling, invoicing, and customer concerns
• Develop partnerships with Service Providers and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and accounts

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, sales, or account management
• Ability to sell projects and manage high call volumes via phone, email, and text
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
