Project Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Senior Associate to oversee outsourced services supporting Research and Development organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee performance of third-party providers in R&D
• Drive quality and ensure stability across the supplier network
• Translate lab-based or scientific work into operational updates for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings
• Experience with supplier/vendor management or performance analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Prior experience in biomarker or bioanalytical sciences is preferred
• Exposure to Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
