Project Management Associate Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple customer-facing software implementation projects, the full-time Project Management Associate Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project milestone plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
• Track project financials, including forecasts, revenue, and billing, to support accurate reporting and contract compliance
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders as necessary

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience, particularly with small to mid-sized software projects
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel for project execution and tracking
• Experience managing software implementation or IT delivery projects through the full project lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, including risk management and change control
• Familiarity with software development or implementation lifecycles, including requirements and deployment processes
