Project Management Client Team Lead

Job Summary

Serving as a primary client contact, the full-time Project Management Client Team Lead will oversee day-to-day project activities, manage complex projects, and implement process improvements while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting budgetary and KPI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates directly with clients to build relationships, identify process improvements, and implement solutions
• Acts as lead project manager for complex projects, providing regular updates and coordinating with internal teams for efficient workflow
• Trains and evaluates vendor performance while assisting in team scheduling and performance assessments

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum four years of project management experience in the translation/localization industry
• At least three years of customer service/account management experience in the translation industry
• Successful leadership or mentoring experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• PMP Certification is a plus
