Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transition Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, cost estimates, and risk identification
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
