Project Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Consultant to provide consulting services for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
• Direct project delivery teams and ensure project data integrity and documentation compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
• 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or real estate development, particularly in retail construction projects
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
