Project Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in the design, negotiation, implementation, and reporting of emergency technical cooperation projects
• Prepare technical and financial reports in coordination with implementing officers and support various written outputs for donor consultations
• Act as a liaison with country offices for planning, budgeting, recruitment, and reporting of disaster project activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or social science related to the functions of the post
• Five years of combined national and international experience in health planning, project management, or disaster management
• Desirable experience in disaster/emergency management or humanitarian response with UN organizations
• Excellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of Spanish is required
• Working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset
