Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance, a part-time Project Management Consultant will serve as a senior leader and trusted advisor, collaborating across divisions to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and differentiation by fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across EIA divisions
• Contribute to the development and execution of EIA's strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and capability expansion
• Ensure program execution and operational performance by implementing efficiency improvements and corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree
• Recognized leader with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
• Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives and improving organizational performance
• Experience in consulting, engineering, utility, energy, infrastructure, or related professional services environment
• Proven ability to develop talent and mentor emerging leaders
