Project Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Advisory team, the remote Project Management Consultant will oversee successful software project delivery, develop project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with clients, outlining milestones, tasks, and resource allocation
• Identify and communicate potential project risks while delivering quality deliverables on schedule
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports, analyzing project data and metrics

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of technical project management experience in technology software implementation
• Ability to advise clients confidently in complex environments
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills tailored to stakeholders
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to various team styles
