Project Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Transformation & Innovation team, the full-time remote Project Management Consultant will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery
• Implement project management practices, including assembling project plans, directing work efforts, and monitoring progress
• Provide leadership and motivation to project teams, ensuring adherence to responsibilities and project milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 10 years of IT, Insurance, and/or project management experience
• Project Management professional certification is desirable but not required
• Prior management, supervisory, or team leader experience is helpful
