Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Management Coordinator for multiuse facility construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including documentation preparation and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate project commitments, change orders, and communication plans among teams and clients
- Assist with contract administration and project closeout processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience in supporting project management staff managing construction projects is desirable
- Vendor coordination experience including invoicing and financial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software and ERP platforms is beneficial
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
