Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Coordinator for multiuse facility construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including documentation preparation and financial reconciliations
  • Coordinate project commitments, change orders, and communication plans among teams and clients
  • Assist with contract administration and project closeout processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Experience in supporting project management staff managing construction projects is desirable
  • Vendor coordination experience including invoicing and financial documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software and ERP platforms is beneficial
  • Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
