Job Summary

Managing project plans and schedules, the full-time Project Management Coordinator will coordinate resources, prepare summary reports, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining professional relationships among team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and expenditures
  • Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting actions and decisions
  • Assessing project risks and issues, providing solutions, and ensuring adherence to project frameworks
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field
  • Demonstrated personal leadership and functional/technical agility
  • Ability to analyze issues and make decisions effectively
  • Experience in advancing business goals and improving service quality and processes
