Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the remote Project Management Coordinator will manage incoming requests, oversee operational tasks, and coordinate meetings while working closely with internal clients and departments on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Handling client and partner expectations while managing multiple projects
- Providing input on processes and operating models to enhance efficiency
- Coordinating meetings and administrative tasks in collaboration with client leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies, political science, business administration, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in a legal services environment or law firm
- Strong project management skills with experience in relevant tools and methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of litigation, pro bono work, and Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
