Project Management Deployment Lead
Job Summary
To elevate operational excellence, the full-time Deployment Lead will oversee PMO process implementation, manage portfolio reporting, and mentor delivery teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee PMO process implementation to drive consistency and efficiency in product delivery
- Lead portfolio management and reporting, including creating dashboards and managing budgets
- Mentor and develop delivery teams by supervising and coaching project managers and product owners
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years in Project Management
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, SCRUM, Six Sigma)
- Proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale programs with geographically distributed teams
- PMP certification preferred; additional certifications like CSM or Six Sigma are a plus
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; Master's degree preferred
