Project Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Director-Construction Controls & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management and data analytics implementation across project lifecycles
• Manage team activities, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and task assignments
• Direct procurement, contracting, planning, and execution phases for small to medium-sized clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Experience in construction project controls and organizational controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project/cost management software
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
