Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Director, Strategic Initiatives (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects focused on operational excellence and organizational change management
• Drive and coordinate investment business decisions, documenting ROI, scope, and delivery timelines
• Implement a cross-team organizational planning calendar to ensure commercial and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management or operations in an EdTech, publishing, or SaaS environment
• Expertise in project management methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum and Waterfall
• Technical and operational literacy with advanced PM tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Airtable
• Strong background in EdTech, particularly with print and digital handoffs
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
