Job Summary

Leading a team of program managers, the full-time Director of Project Management will oversee enterprise programs for strategic clients, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects with defined deliverables, timelines, and resources
• Engage with executives and management to discuss program initiatives and drive strategic plans
• Implement tools and processes for project visibility, escalation, and process enhancement

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or a Bachelor's/high school diploma with 6-10 years of related experience in the financial services industry
• Proven experience in program management within the financial services sector, particularly in mutual funds and alternative investments
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams to meet project execution goals
• Extensive knowledge of the asset management lifecycle and operational functions within the mutual funds industry
• Strong strategic planning and agile leadership skills
