Project Management Director

Job Summary

Leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Project Management Director will oversee strategic projects, manage enterprise portfolios, and drive complex projects from concept to completion while partnering with executive leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of strategic projects aligned with organizational goals
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies for project execution while overseeing multiple complex finance and supply chain projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a business setting (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, On-site Operations, I&T)
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• PMP certification preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with advanced project management skills
