Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director / Vice President of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed integrated project plans for clinical programs
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and manage interdependencies
• Identify project risks and communicate mitigation strategies to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development
• 10+ years of project management experience; PMP certification and Bachelor's degree required
• Proven success in managing complex clinical programs
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory pathways
• Experience mentoring junior project managers preferred
