Project Management Expert

Job Summary

Leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, the fully remote Project Management Expert will provide end-to-end leadership across planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, execution, and value realization while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs aligned to enterprise strategy and Talent Enablement priorities
• Translate business goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes tied to value realization and customer impact
• Build trusted partnerships across executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to influence decisions and drive alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business transformation
• Proven ability to lead enterprise work through influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps
• Experience with enterprise project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira, Microsoft Project)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
