Job Summary
To manage complex program delivery and strategic execution across multi-functional technology teams, the remote contract Program / Project Management Lead will act as a principal advisor, guiding overall scope, anticipating program risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology projects from scope definition through final execution
- Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and expectation management across complex business verticals
- Collaborate with enterprise architectural and application teams to solve systemic delivery blockers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of dedicated Program and Project Management experience leading enterprise-level initiatives
- Demonstrated mastery in scope management, estimation, resource planning, and project governance frameworks
- Practical hands-on exposure to or advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA enterprise programs
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
