Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project & Program Management Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivates project teams and evaluates performance to achieve project goals
• Communicates complex project issues in a simplified manner to diverse audiences
• Drives project execution and manages high complexity projects independently

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in project management (preferred)
• Solid understanding of the insurance agents lifecycle, particularly license and renewal processes
• Experience in leading complex programs or projects with high organizational impact
• Ability to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills
• No supervisory responsibilities are required for this role
