Project Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of clinical trial projects and assign responsibilities to Project Managers
• Serve as an escalation point for management issues related to clinical trials and ensure compliance with laboratory policies
• Supervise, coach, and develop Project Managers and other staff while analyzing operational data and providing departmental updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related clinical or laboratory experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of three years of central laboratory experience is strongly preferred
• Previous management or leadership experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database software
• PMP certification and certification as an ASCP Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician are preferred
