Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical oversight to the Project Management function, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Lead and mentor the project management team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and successful completion of regionally assigned programs and projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven in-depth experience in a clinical laboratory within a CRO, Biopharmaceutical company, or related organization
• Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager, overseeing phase II & III studies
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience in mentoring or leading teams
• Adherence to high ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and excellence
