• Directly manages and coaches a team of Project Managers, fostering professional growth and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with prior experience in a consulting environment
• Preferred advanced coursework or training in project, program, or operations management
• Preferred certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy services is preferred
