Project Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Manager to lead the Project Management team in delivering high-quality services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Anticipate and identify barriers to project completion and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Manage team performance, development, recruitment, coaching, and engagement to maintain a high-performing team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related experience
• 5+ years managing complex, full lifecycle projects
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience
• 4+ years implementing healthcare-related products or services
• Industry-recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP preferred)
