Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy solutions, the full-time Project Management Manager will serve as a strategic consultant for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring a high-quality client experience while managing multiple projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines
