Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for the organization's Project Management Office (PMO), the full-time remote Project Management Manager will oversee project execution, establish management standards, and develop project management talent while partnering with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO, ensuring consistent execution of project management methodologies and governance
• Develop and maintain the enterprise project portfolio, aligning projects with strategic priorities
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Project Managers, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressively responsible project management experience
• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising Project Managers or project management teams
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and portfolio management
