Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading project execution and management, the full-time salaried Project Management Manager will coordinate and prioritize projects, oversee the New Product Introduction process, and develop marketing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the execution of assigned projects and contracts, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues
• Develop and implement marketing and sales policies to promote products and services, leveraging market analysis and forecasting
• Lead and mentor project management staff, setting goals for training, development, and performance management

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience in Change Management and New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Proficiency in project resource management tools and processes
• Ability to conduct market trend analysis and develop revenue and prime margin metrics
• Experience in managing spending AOP budgets and project scope management
