Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Voluntary Benefits project management team, the full-time remote Project Management Manager will oversee project delivery, manage team performance, and align resources with strategic priorities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to project managers, ensuring effective performance management practices
• Develop and continuously improve the project management framework to enhance project delivery
• Build relationships with business leaders to align project objectives with organizational goals and maximize productivity

Required qualifications

• 6-7 years of progressive experience as a project manager with advanced operational expertise
• 3-5 years of experience in a project management leadership position
• Prior experience in voluntary benefits or employee benefits is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project is preferred
