Project Management Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Project Management professionals, the full-time Manager, Project Management will drive operational excellence across Biometrics Services, ensuring the successful delivery of complex clinical trial initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and mentor direct reports to ensure adherence to PMI-compliant project management practices
• Lead complex clinical trial projects, aligning delivery with protocol requirements and client expectations
• Proactively identify and manage risks related to data quality, timelines, and external vendor dependencies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• 10+ years of project management experience in a clinical, biomedical, or software environment preferred
• 5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry managing large complex clients or multiple projects preferred
• 3+ years of people leadership preferred
