Project Management Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of high-visibility capital projects, the full-time Manager, Planning & Projects will oversee project budget tracking, drive process controls, and provide decision-ready financial insights in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own project budget tracking, updates, and reporting across a portfolio of capital projects
- Guide project teams on best practices and address risks while identifying opportunities
- Synthesize complex financial data into clear, presentation-ready reports for leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, project management, or related field preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and strong knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with Smartsheet required
- Ability to present financial information clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
