A company is looking for a Project Management OCI Associate Vice President.

• Manage tasks within the runbook for conversion-related activities
• Facilitate internal and external meetings and provide a point of escalation for issues and risks
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify compensation strategies and deliver associated tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred
• 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in project management, agile, SAFE 5.0, change management, and leadership
• Ability to think strategically and make fact-based decisions
• Experience managing risk in regulatory and firm-based contexts
