Job Summary
Supporting the execution of Murex Target Operating Model workstreams, the full-time Project Management Office Coordinator will manage planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and governance forums across various teams
- Maintain project plans, action logs, and RAID registers while tracking deliverables and escalating issues as needed
- Prepare governance materials and executive status reports to ensure transparency and alignment among project teams
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a PMO role, with a preference for experience in financial services or technology initiatives
- Experience with target operating model design and execution is a significant plus
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with strong organizational and planning skills
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and project lifecycle processes
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
