Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Office Director - Hybrid 80% Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the project management office to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
  • Lead and mentor project managers and team members to enhance project delivery and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
