- Manage and lead a team of project managers, program managers, and project coordinators
- Oversee the Operational Excellence portfolio to ensure alignment with enterprise goals
- Forecast and allocate resources while managing project planning, governance, and execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of project/program management experience within IT
- Experience in maturing PMO processes and managing multiple priorities
- Proven experience in leading a PMO or sizable project portfolio
