Project Management Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology systems and provide ongoing training and support for Project Managers
• Monitor data quality and conduct regular account health checks to ensure compliance with client processes
• Develop and implement efficient project management processes aligned with the PDS delivery methodology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management, or a similar field
• Minimum of ten years of real estate or related project management experience
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Experience in construction project management, including managing KPIs and fee-at-risk contract deliverables
• Strong technology skills to research, evaluate, and implement new tools and processes
