Job Summary

Leading a team of project managers, the full-time salaried Digital Workplace Client Services Project Management Portfolio Lead will oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives, manage project plans, and resolve technical issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans aligned with business strategy goals and existing technology services
• Provide managerial oversight, including performance evaluation, employee selection, and budget management
• Ensure compliance with procedures and standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technology infrastructure role with a focus on people and project management
• Experience in financial services or large complex/global environments preferred
• Proven ability to develop metrics and analytical tools for project design
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in high-pressure matrix environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
