Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Program Manager I to support leadership and guide large programs and projects to improve project performance and delivery consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, align, and integrate technical and business requirements to establish the program framework
• Manage multiple project scopes and ensure successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments
• Coordinate program management reviews and maintain metrics for projects' quality, technical performance, and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0 - 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Project Management
• Experience with Risk Management and managing project budgets and schedules
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Beginner-level knowledge in specialty area and ability to identify basic problems
